Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with RejuvenAuto, you agree to the following policies. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of online booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointment online up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. No additional no-show fee will be charged. Vehicle Preparation: Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. RejuvenAuto is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Mobile Appointments: Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and that there is enough safe, suitable space to perform the service. If RejuvenAuto determines that the location does not provide enough space or is otherwise unsafe or unsuitable to perform the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. No refund will be provided if the service cannot be performed due to inadequate space or an unsafe or unsuitable location. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges: Appointment times may vary depending on the vehicle's condition, size, and services selected. If the vehicle is significantly dirtier than what is normally covered by the selected service and requires substantially more time, labor, or specialized cleaning, an additional charge may apply. Any additional charge will be discussed with the client before the additional work is performed. Pre-Existing Damage: RejuvenAuto is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, stains, odors, scratches, dents, paint defects, damaged trim, loose or damaged components, or other conditions that were present before the service. Detailing may reveal existing damage or wear that was not previously noticeable. RejuvenAuto will take reasonable care while performing all services but cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, odor, scratch, or imperfection. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
